| dc.description.abstract | ในบทความนี้ผู้เขียนจะพูดถึงทฤษฏีความรักของซาร์ท และบทวิพากษ์ของโอลิเวอร์ต่อทฤษฏีนี้ผู้เขียนจะเริ่มจากการนาเสนอทฤษฏีของซาร์ทว่าด้วยการดำรงอยู่ของมนุษย์ในภาพรวมเพื่อเป็นฐานในการทำความเข้าใจทฤษฏีความรักของซาร์ทและข้ออ้างของซาร์ทว่าด้วยความล้มเหลวของความรักก่อนจะอธิบายถึงทฤษฏีความรักของซาร์ทโดยตรงหลังจากนั้นผู้เขียนจะนาเสนอบทวิพากษ์ของเคลลี่โอลิเวอร์ต่อทฤษฏีความรักของซาร์ทและนาเสนอทฤษฏีความรักของโอลิเวอร์ซึ่งเป็นการคิดใหม่เกี่ยวกับความรักในทิศทางเดียวกับซาร์ทแต่ใช้ความเข้าใจเรื่องสายตาและความรักของอิริกาเรย์เข้ามาเสริม โอลิเวอร์/อิริกาเรย์แก้ไขความเข้าใจถึงความรักแบบของซาร์ท ซึ่งมองความรักในฐานะความปรารถนาถึงความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวระหว่างสายตาของคนรักกับการดารงอยู่ของเรามาเป็นความรักในฐานะการมอบสายตาที่ยอมรับความเป็นอื่นของคนรักท้ายที่สุดผู้เขียนจะตั้งคาถามต่อทฤษฏีของโอลิเวอร์/อิริกาเรย์ โดยจะชี้ว่าคาอธิบายถึงความรักในฐานะการตระหนักถึงความเป็นอื่นความล้มเหลวที่จะทาความเข้าใจการพยายามเข้าหากันของคนรักหลังจากการตระหนักถึงความเป็นอื่นระหว่างพวกเขา | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this essay, I will discuss Sartre’s theory of love and Oliver’s critique of this theory. I will begin by giving a brief sketch of Sartre’s overall theory of being as a background for approaching his theory of love and his claim of love’s failure. Then, I will move on to discuss his theory of love directly. After that, I will discuss Kelly Oliver’s critique of Satre’s theory of love and introduce her theory of love which is significantly influenced by Irigaray’s account of the look and love. Oliver/Irigaray’s account revises the Satrean concept of love as a desire for a union between the look of the beloved and our being into a new concept of love as a look which recognizes the beloved as an other. Finally, I will point to some possible issues regarding Oliver/Irigaray’s theory. I will argue that the account of love which takes love to be just the recognition of otherness fails to understand the importance of communication between the lovers which goes beyond the recognition of otherness. | en |
