| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจถึงความเป็นไปได้ในหลักความยุติธรรมของ ฌอง-ปอล ซารตร์ และการนำแนวคิดดังกล่าวมาสร้างเป็นสังคมในอุดมคติ เป็นการศึกษาในกรอบของ (1) สิ่งที่ดีในขอบเขตทางจริยศาสตร์และ (2) การกระจายสิ่งที่ดีดังกล่าวเข้าสู่สังคมได้อย่างทั่วถึง เนื้อหาการศึกษาเป็นการวิเคราะห์งานทางภววิทยาและงานทางสังคมวิทยาเพื่อให้เกิดข้อสรุปถึงลักษณะของความดีและเงื่อนไขประกอบสิ่งที่เรียกว่าดีนั้น แล้วนำข้อสรุปดังกล่าวมาอธิบายเป้าหมายและวิธีการเพื่อมุ่งสู่สังคมที่ยุติธรรมภายใต้อุดมคติของเขารวมไปถึงบทบาทของรัฐและประชาชนที่มีต่อสังคมของตน โดยวิธีการวิจัยเอกสาร รวบรวม เรียบเรียง และนำมาวิเคราะห์ พบว่าสิ่งดีในทางสังคมคือประชาชนมีความเป็นของแท้และดำเนินชีวิตตามทางเลือกอิสระที่เป็นของตนเอง ภายใต้กลไกกลุ่มจัดตั้งอิสระทางสังคมโดยรัฐมีบทบาทหน้าที่ต่อการจัดสรรทรัพยากรทางสังคมเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาบุคคล | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to research the justice concept and apply such concept towards Jean-Paul Sartre’s ideal society. It studies within the scope of (1) the idea of goodness in his ethical philosophy and (2) how to distribute the goodness over the ideal society. The study analyses his major works on ontology and sociology to draw the conclusions about goodness and its constraints. Therefore, the conclusions would provide the explanationof ends and means those direct towards his ideal just society including the role of state and peoples within the society. The methodology used is documentary research. The study shows that the social goodness is people could achieve authenticity and have freedom to choose their own projects under self-organized group formation, and the state shall have role and duty to distribute the social necessity for human development. | en |
