| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง "กลวิธีการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้งในภาษาไทย" มีวัตถุประสงค์ สำคัญ 3 ประการ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษากลวิธีการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้งในภาษาไทย 2. เพื่อศึกษาการ ใช้ภาษาการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้งในวัจนกรรมประเภทต่างๆ 4 ประเภท คือ การกล่าวแช่งขัน การกล่าวแสดงความเป็นมิตร การกล่าวแถลง และการกล่าวขัดแย้ง โดยศึกษาว่าประเภทของวัจน กรรมทั้ง 4 นี้จะส่งผลต่อการเลือกใช้กลวิธีการสื่อสารของผู้ส่งสารหรือไม่ อย่างไร และ 3. เพื่อศึกษา ว่าตัวแปรเพศ อายุ และการศึกษาของผู้ส่งสาร มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้กลวิธีการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้งหรือไม่ อย่างไร ในการดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยเก็บร้อมูลจากบทสนทนาละครทางโทรทัศน์ 3 เรื่องและการตอบแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดของกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างจำนวน 80 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ อัตราส่วนร้อยละและการทดสอบความีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติด้วยค่าใครัสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลวิธีการแลดงความเห็นโต้แย้งในภาษาไทยแบ่งเป็น 12 กลวิธี คือ การปฏิเสธ การแก้ไขคำพูด การให้เหตุผล การถามกลับ การแสดงความไม่แน่ใจ การกล่าวท้าทาย การให้ทางเลือก การพูดประชด การผัดผ่อน การกล่าวบั่นทอนกำลังใจ การกล่าวโทษตนเอง และการต่อว่า นอกจากนี้ประเภทของวัจนกรรมยังมีผลต่อการเลือกใช้กลวิธีการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้ง ดังจะเห็นว่าวัจนกรรมแต่ละประเภทต่างมีการเลือกใช้กลวิธีการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้งที่แตกต่างกัน ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางสังคมที่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้กลวิธีการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้งพบว่า ปัจจัยเพศและอายุของผู้ใช้ภาษามีผลต่อการเลือกใช้กลวิธีการแสดงความเห็นโต้แย้งในภาษาไทย | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study had three major purposes as follows: (1) to investigate the strategies for expressing conflict in Thai; (2) to identify the influence of speech act categories (i.e. competitive, convivial, collaborative, and conflictive) on the selection of these strategies; and (3) to determine the extent to which the social variables such as gender, age, and level of education affect the ways the Thai informants express conflict. The data on which this study is based were collected from two sources: 3 television dramas and a set of open-ended questionnaires completed by 80 native speakers of Thai. The findings were analyzed by means of percentages and the chi-square statistical test. It was found that they were 12 strategies for expressing conflict in Thai, namely refusing, correcting, giving reason, returning question, expressing uncertainty, challenging, giving choice, expressing sarcasm, postponing, discouraging, expressing self-blame and reprimanding. The findings regarding social variables illustrated that gende·r and age of speakers play a significant role on the type(s) of strategies for expressing conflict in Thai. | en |
