| dc.description.abstract | This research has its three purposes: (1) To study The theories of leadership (2) to study the historical profiles of Somdej PhraMahasamana Chao Kromphaya Vajirananavarorasa (3) To study the aspect of educational leadership and the Clergy’s admistration. The results have revealed that Soemdej PhraMahasamana Chao had established Buddhist’s Educational Reformation which the education paved the way to accorn parying between Wat (temple) and the learners. The schools and Wat have been akin to deeply relationships. lt was a significant role of the clergy, due to the education’s growth with ethical and morale promotion in studies. Whereas there were, also, reformations in Thai Clergy with establishing Wat Borvorniwet as a hub of academical demonstration. Moreover, There were reformations on text books, lessons, old books in order to simplify for the learners. With the ideological conservation, the reformation still maintained the originality of Pali text and Buddhist Dhamma as for accompanying with the educational rightiousness and integrity due to the criteria of Maha Mongkut Institue’s Philosophy. On the other hand, the reformation on Clergy had been accomplished by mixing and adjusting to the modern admistration as per Clergy Code Rattanakosin Era 121 on Theravada Association (Supreme Patriarch) from the monks and clergy administration and government. | |
