| dc.description.abstract | บทความนี้ต้องการนำเสนอแนวคิดของมิเชล ฟูโกต์ เรื่องอำนาจชีวะ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ให้เห็นว่าอำนาจชีวะซึ่งหมายถึงอำนาจที่มีในจิตมนุษย์และมนุษย์ก็ใช้มันมาควบคุมตนเอง นั้น ที่แท้แล้ว เป็นเทคนิคการปกครองในยุคใหม่ที่เรียกว่า การปกครองชีวญาณ ที่มุ่งควบคุมดูแลร่างกายและความคิดของมนุษย์ในระดับปลีกย่อย นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องการเผยให้เห็นว่าอำนาจชีวะเป็นปฏิบัติการของอำนาจ ในมิติเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองเกี่ยวกับเรือนร่าง ผ่านกลยุทธ์อันแนบเนียน นั่นคือ การทำงานควบคู่กับความรู้ โดยมีระเบียบวินัยเป็นกลไกของอำนาจ เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งร่างกายที่มีประโยชน์และว่านอนสอนง่าย เป็นผู้ผลิต เพราะหัวใจของอำนาจชีวะคือการคำนึงถึงอรรถประโยชน์ อันเป็นมิติทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ และการทำให้ร่างกายสยบยอม อันเป็นประเด็นทางการเมืองแบบใหม่ ผู้เขียนหวังว่าบทความนี้จะช่วยเผยให้เห็นถึงความสลับซับซ้อนของอำนาจในสังคมสมัยใหม่ในลักษณะที่ครอบคลุมไปถึงระดับรายละเอียดของการใช้อำนาจในชีวิตประจำวันของปัจเจกบุคคล แม้นว่าเราจะไม่สามารถดำรงอยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างปลอดพ้นจากปีกของอำนาจ แต่ก็หวังว่าเราจะอยู่กับมันได้อย่างเข้าใจและรู้ทัน | |
| dc.description.abstract | This article is about the bio-power in Michel Foucault’s thought. It wants to show that bio-power, which exists in the human’s mind and was used by human beings as an instrument for self-control, is in fact, a technique for governing in the modern time called bio-politics, which emphasized in controlling human’s body and mind in depth level. The paper also revealed that bio-power is the exercise of power on economico-political anatomy dimension through hidden strategies, that is, the power works coextensively with knowledge under discipline as mechanism of power in order to obtain the utility and docility body as a productive body. Because the heart of bio—power in economic dimension, is to concentrate in utilitarianism and in new political dimension, is to make the body an obedient.The author’s wish is that the article will reveal the complexion of power in modern society which covers the details of the use of individual’s power in daily life. Although, we are forced to be get in-volved in power in some sense, we can be with it understanding and realizing somebody’s game. | en |
