| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยไทย โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ บรรณารักษ์ จำนวน 15 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยไทยมีนโยบายการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รวมอยู่ในนโยบายการจัดหา มีการจัดหา 3 วิธี คือ การจัดซื้อ การผลิตเอง และการรวบรวมหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบได้เปล่าจากแหล่งที่ให้บริการ การจัดเก็บและจัดระบบหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่จัดซื้อหรือบอกรับจะจัดเก็บที่เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายของสำนักพิมพ์หรือผู้จัดจำหน่าย ส่วนหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ผลิตเอง จะดำเนินการในรูปแบบคลังความรู้สถาบัน การเข้าถึงและค้นคืนหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครื่องมือสืบค้นของห้องสมุด ได้แก่ WebOPAC และ Discovery service ซึ่งมีการส่งเสริมการใช้บริการหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในรูปแบบการจัดอบรม กิจกรรมและโครงการ โดยการประเมินการใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์จากสถิติของผู้ขาย | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the current situation of electronic book management in Thai academic libraries. The qualitative research method was used. Data collection was done by interviewing 15 key informants from four university libraries using the semi-structured interview as a research tool. Results found that the e-book acquisition policy of academic libraries was included in the collection development policy ordinarily by purchasing; creating; and collecting free e-book from other sources. In the case of storage and organization; e-books by purchasing were stored on the host computer of the publisher or distributor; by creation were stored in the library server as Institute Repository. Access and retrieval of e-books through the library tools included WebOPAC; or Discovery Service. Usage promotion was done by promoting the usage by training or other activities about e-books.
