การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิปัสสนากรรมฐานตามแนวสติปัฏฐาน ๔ ๒) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิปัสสนากรรมฐานตามแนวสติปัฏฐาน ๔ ในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 และ ๓) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการสอนวิปัสสนากรรมฐานตามแนวสติปัฏฐาน ๔ ในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 สำหรับนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วิทยาเขตนครสวรรค์ ซึ่งเป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
Objectives of the study included 1) to study teaching management conditions of Vipassanã Meditation based on Four Founda-tions of Mindfulness
2) to study the develop-ment of teaching management conditions of Vipassanã Meditation based on Four Founda-tions of Mindfulness in Thailand 4.0
and 3) to propose ways of teaching management conditions of Vipassanã Meditation based on Four Foundations of Mindfulness in Thailand 4.0 for Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya Uni-versity students at Nakhon Sawan Campus. The study was a mixed method between a quantitative research and qualitative one in nature. A questionnaire was used for collecting quantitative data from a sample, and a Sched-ule Interview was used to collect qualitative data from key informants. For the analysis of data statistics including Frequency, Percent-age, Mean and Standard Deviation was used for quantitative data and a content analysis for qualitative data.Results of the study were as follows:1. In respect of teaching management conditions of Vipassanã Meditation based on Four Foundations of Mindfulness it found that in general it was high, while considering each aspect it had the average value from the highest to the lowest as in the step of Kayanupassanasatipatthan students had strong and increasable mindfulness while slowly walking
in the step of Vedananupas-sanasatipatthan while feeling itchy they took into account ‘itchy itchy’ in accordance with the real feeling
in the step of Cittanupas-sanasatipatthan while feeling depressed they took into account ‘depressed depressed’ as the real state
and in the step of Dhammanu-passanasatipatthan while feeling happy in sexual relations they took into account ‘happy happy’ in accordance with the appeared state of Dharma.2. With regard to the development of teaching management of Vipassanã Medita-tion based on Four Foundations of Mindful-ness in Thailand 4.0 it found that the training of mind clinging to the target without being distracted, being calm, being determined in one target, being concentrated and being peaceful resulted in the power of wisdom worthy to life because those who had got a wisdom had got a built-in value.3. Ways of teaching management of Vipassanã Meditation based on Four Foun-dations of Mindfulness resulted in personal and social outcomes- a good memory, study, being distracted, being concentrated in read-ing, writing or listening, quick learning, living a peaceful life, being mindful of self-control in good morals, being satisfied with what he has got, decreasing greed, having a good personality, being stable with metal health, non-shaken with external stimuli that affect, being conscious of the emotions of grief and suffering, creating a society to be happy and prosperous, being a quality person, having a beautiful heart, and creating a society that is happier and more progressive.
