บทความนี้กล่าวถึงสัทลักษณ์และโครงสร้างของรูปแบบทางสัทวิทยาในคำภาษาเขมรปัจจุบัน และคำยืมภาษาเขมรในภาษาไทยที่เป็นคำในกลุ่มเดียวกัน ซึ่งโครงสร้างของรูปแบบทางสัทวิทยานี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบทางสัทวิทยา ตามแนวของทฤษฎีสัทวิทยาสัทสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโครงสร้างของรูปแบบทางสัทวิทยาในคำภาษาเขมรปัจจุบันและคำยืมภาษาเขมรในภาษาไทยแตกต่างกัน
This paper aims to describe phonetic realization and to present structures of phonological configurations in modern Khmer words and corresponding Khmer loanwords in Thai. The results show that the structures of phonological configurations in modern Khmer words are different from those in Khmer loanwords in Thai.
