Abstract
本文研究日的是为了分析教师因素是如何影响幼儿汉语的学习效果的。通过问卷调查与案例结合分析对比得出结论,对不足之处提出建议。笔者曾在泰国 Denla 幼儿园 Petkasem 校区有一年的任教经验,从中也总结了一些经验和看法。经调查分析后得出结论:教师因素中无论是汉语老师还是泰国班主任老师,都要提高自身专业素养,相互合作交流。由于幼儿自身缺乏主观能动性和判断力,需要教师根据幼儿特点顺应发展。此外教师要与学校、家长三方合作才能将汉语学习效果更大化。
The purpose of this article is to analyze how teacher factors affect children's Chinese learning effects. Draw conclusions through questionnaire survey and case analysis and comparison, and put forward suggestions and improvement methods for deficiencies. The author has one year of teaching experience in Denla Kindergarten, Thailand. I also summed up some experiences and opinions from it. After investigation and analysis, I came to the conclusion: Teacher factors include Chinese language teachers and Thai head teachers. Both must improve their professional qualities and cooperate with each other. communicate with. In addition, it is necessary to cooperate with the school and the old parents. In terms of children’s factors, due to children’s lack of subjective initiative and judgment, teachers are required to adapt to the development of children’s own characteristics while at the same time being able to maximize the effect of Chinese learning.
