随着近年来汉语国际教育的蓬勃发展,汉语教育的“本土化”成为许多国家汉语教育研究领域的重要研究方向,围绕着“本土化”主题进行的实证研究与理论研究有很多。而在这其中,关于汉语教师本土化的研究也占据着重要的地位。尤其随着近几年来,中国对外政策调整等宏观因素的变化,国际对于中国的对外汉语教学量的需求越来越大,早在2009年就已经有人提出单纯依靠国内派出师资来进行汉语国际推广,已经不能适应形势的发展需要。也有一些研究涉及国际汉语教育教师本土化的问题,尤其在一些实证类的研究当中,会通过调查结果来反映当地教师本土化的状态,但是在所有这些研究当中,对于“本土化”这一个概念,并没有给出一个清晰明确的定义。多数研究中对“本土化”的描述更接近于一种“约定俗成”的概念,结合语境,这些本土化的概念有各自不同的内涵。本文通过对于“本土化”概念的多方面因素,以及结合现实的发展需求,综合分析考评,为“教师本土化”做一个新的定义。
With the vigorous development of Chinese international education in recent years, the "localization" of Chinese education has become an important research direction in the field of Chinese education in many countries. There are many empirical studies and theoretical researches around the theme of "localization". And the research on the localization of Chinese teachers occupies an important position. However, there is no clear definition of the concept of “localization” in all of these studies. The description of “localization” in most studies is closer to a notion of “conventional convention” especially in Thailand with “China Fever”. These notions of localization express their own connotations in different context. This paper makes a new definition of "teacher localization" in Thailand through comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the notions of "localization" from variety of factors combine the real needs of the development.
