Abstract
The objectives of this research were as follows
1) to study social conflicts in Thai society, 2) to study Saraniyadhamma and Aparihaniyadhamma principls, 3) to integrate the social conflict management with Tharavada Buddhist Philosophy, and 4) to propose the guideline and the new knowledge on “The Integration Model of Social Conflict Management in Tharavada Buddhist Philosophy”. This research was qualitative and collected the data from Buddhist scriptures, books, academic documents, relevant research works and in-depth interview with 10 experts. The results of the study found that: 1. Social conflicts in Thailand had 5 issues
1) political conflict, 2) information conflict, 3) social structure conflict, 4) interest conflict and 5) value conflict. 2. Tharavada Buddhist Philosophy consisted of A) Saraniyadhamma principles
1) To be amiable in deed, 2) To be amiable in word, 3) To be amiable in thought, 4) To share any lawful gains with virtues, 5) To keep the rules of conduct with one
s fellow without blemish, and 6) To be endowed with right views along with one’s fellow. and B) Aparihaniyadhamma principles
1) to hold regular and frequent meetings, 2) To meet together in harmony, disperse in harmony and do their business in harmony, 3) To introduce no revolutionary ordinance, or break up no established ordinance, but abide by the original principles, 4) To honour and respect the elders and deem them worthy of listening to, 5) To protect children’s and women’s rights, 6) to respect and worship the shrines, monuments and objects of worship, and not neglect those righteous ceremonies held before for them, and 7) To provide the rightful protection, shelter and support for monks and virtue ones. 3. The social conflict management can be integrated with Tharavada Buddhist Philosophy in 4 aspects
1) Preventive regulation can be integrated with all 7 principles of Aparihaniyadhamma, 2) Eliminative regulation can be integrated with 3 principles of Saraniyadhamma

s fellow without blemish, 3) Collaborative development regulation can beintegrated with 3 principles of Saraniyadhamma
To be amiable in deed, To be amiable in word, and To be amiable in thought, and 4) Outcome monitor regulation with To be amiable in thought, To keep the rules of conduct with one’s fellow without blemish, and To be endowed with right views along with one’s fellow. 4. The new knowledge obtained from the integration of Saraniyadhamma and Aparihaniyadhamma with social conflict management can be used as the processes in solving the social conflicts appropriately, and it would result to wisdom, appropriate behavior development and common social awareness respectively. It could be concluded to “WBA MODEL” which at least can help reduce social conflicts and eliminate them in the long run.
