Abstract
学习满意度是学习者在学习过程中实现学习目标的满意程度,受多种主客观因素影响。为了解泰国中文专业大学生线上汉语学习满意度及影响因素,文章在文献研究基础;上,根据泰国高校线上汉语学习实施情況编制问卷,抽样调查泰国各地区中文专业 315名大学生线上汉语学习满意度影响因素,以SPSS26.0 软件对数据进行处理与计算,采用频率分析、描述性统计、差异性检验、相关分析和回归分析考察大学生线上汉语学习满意度的整体表现、不同大学生群体的学习满意度差异、大学生线上汉语学 习的影响因素。调查发现,泰国中文专业大学生线上汉语学习总体满意度一般,均值为 3.48。不同大学属性、网课学习经历、学习时长、线上学习环境的大学生对线上汉语学习各维度存在显著性差异,在专业、年级、网络状況方面则不存在差异性。依据研究结果,结合个别访谈,提出优化策略:一是构建稳定型线上学习环境生态圈,二是创设高“粘度”线上学习任务链,三是加强技能培训,提升教师信息技术素养;四是重视课后延展,探索线上线下混合式学习模式。
This paper aims to study on Thai undergraduate students’ online learning satisfaction and analysis of the influencing factors. A total of 315 Thai undergraduate students with Chinese Major participated the questionnaire and interview on their online learning satisfaction and influencing factors. SPSS26.0 was used for statistical data analysis. Descriptive statistics analysis find that the overall satisfaction is average, the average value is 3.48. Independent-samples T Test and One-way ANOVA analysis showed that Thai undergraduate students of attributes, online learning experience, study time, and online learning environment, do significantly impact their online learning. But major, grade and network condition does not. Combined with teacher’ interviews, suggestions are following: 1. Build a stable ecosystem of online learning environment. 2. Create a high-viscosity online learning task chain. 3. Strengthen skills training and improve teachers' information technology literacy. 4. Pay attention to after-class extension and explore the online and offline blended learning mode.
