| dc.description.abstract | บทความเรื่องนี้ มุ่งตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับผู้บริหารตามแนวคิดและทฤษฎีของพุทธปรัชญา ซึ่งเมื่อสรุปแล้ว พบว่า แนวคิดและทฤษฎีของพุทธปรัชญาเป็นหลักคำสอนที่พระผู้มีพระภาคเจ้า เมื่อตรัสรู้แล้ว ก็ได้นำออกมาเผยแผ่แก่ประชาชน พร้อมกันนี้ พระองค์ได้ทรงใช้หลักพุทธปรัชญาในการบริหารจัดการคณะสงฆ์ตั้งแต่อดีตเป็นต้นมา จึงทำให้หลักคำสอนของพระพุทธองค์เป็นที่ยอมรับเรื่อยมา แต่จากสถานการณ์ในยุคปัจจุบัน การพัฒนาด้านเทคโนโลยีได้รับการเน้นมากกว่าด้านอื่นๆ จนทำให้เกิดการมองข้ามศีลธรรมจริยธรรม และทำให้เกิดปัญหาสังคมตามมาอย่างมากมาย ตลอดทั้งการบริหารองค์กรต่างๆ ก็ขาดประสิทธิภาพ ประสบความล้มเหลว ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรไร้คุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้วย ดังนั้น แนวคิดและทฤษฎีของพุทธปรัชญาจึงมีความจำเป็นที่ผู้บริหารองค์กรควรที่จะได้นำมาใช้ในองค์กร เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่องค์กรและส่วนรวมนั่นเอ | |
