Abstract
This action research aims to develop system and mechanism supporting education for local communities in most schools in the specified district. The study areas were Bangplama district, Suphanburi Province in Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and Phanomtuan district, Kanchanaburi Province in Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research study was conducted in three phases

2) mechanism and supporting system development for school management on education for local communities
and 3) presentation of outcomes, lesson learned and the acceptable assessment on Multi-sector Cooperation group functions of school managers. The research results were 1) there were 2 models of Multi-sector Cooperation group. The first model emphasizes on the cooperation of local government administrations, schools, local leaders (community organization leaders and local experts) and Educational Service Area Office. The second model emphasizes on the role of schools. 2) The outcomes of Multi-sector Cooperation group were the learning contents which related to local situation and events and the example of learning plans/ learning units which nearly all of them (Phanomtuan district) or some of them (Bangplama district) were tested already. 3) the suggestion to expand research results from the lesson learned meeting in Bangplama district was first by improving and publishing the document of “Bangplama Studies”
second, by developing the learning resources and local teachers
and third by supporting “Bangplama Studies Camp” activities. 4) the organization setting for expanding research results from the lesson learned meeting in Phanomtuan district were the committee for improving and publishing “Phanomtuan Studies” Document and the committee for setting up “Phanomtuan Studies Learning Center” The research suggested that the Basic Education Commission should reorganize the rule, regulation and management tradition in order to support the Educational Service Area Office to set up Multi-sector Cooperation group for organizing the district curriculum management, and support them in adopting this curriculum to part of a school curriculum.
