| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของหลักสูตรและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาฝรั่งเศส (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2554) คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยศึกษาด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นในการผลิต ด้านกระบวนการใช้หลักสูตร และด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตร กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรและอาจารย์จํานวน 7 คน นักศึกษาจํานวน 159 คน และพี่เลี้ยง (Job Supervisor) ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีสุดท้ายที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการ จํานวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าและแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร (Context) พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรเน้นความต้องการของผู้เรียนมากขึ้น ควรปรับรายวิชาให้สอดคล้องกับวิชาชีพทางภาษาฝรั่งเศส และควรเพิ่มรายวิชาที่เน้นการปฏิบัติ 2) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นในการผลิต (Input) พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรมีอาจารย์เพิ่มมากขึ้น ควรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อปรับพื้นฐานสําาหรับผู้เรียนที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานทางวิชาภาษา ควรมีห้องสําาหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาฝรั่งเศส 3) ด้านกระบวนการใช้หลักสูตร (Process) พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าการจัดแผนการศึกษาควรให้นักศึกษาได้มีส่วนร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็น ควรใช้วิธีการสอนที่หลากหลายและควรให้ผู้เรียนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการกําาหนดการวัดและประเมินผล 4) ด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตร (Product) พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรพัฒนาความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์และสารสนเทศในการสื่อสาร ควรเน้นการสื่อสารทางภาษาอังกฤษให้มากขึ้น และมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรปรับปรุงองค์ความรู้ของบัณฑิตในด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน และทักษะการสื่อสารทางภาษา และการติดต่อสื่อสารในองค์กร 5) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพบว่านักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรปรับรายวิชาให้มีความทันสมัย เรียนรู้นอกพื้นที่เพื่อที่จะได้ปฏิบัติจริง และควรมีนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนในสาขาวิชา | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to Study and assess satisfaction of The Implementation and of The Bachelor Curriculum of Arts in French (Revised Curriculum, 2011), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon-kaen University. It studies the context of the curriculum, initial production factors, the process of curriculum administration and implementation and the product of the curriculum. The instrument used in this research was three different open-ended questionnaires with a check-list, rating-scale, and opinion interview. The data was collected from 183 people who responded to the questionnaire, 7 were managing curriculum ad-ministration 7 were instructors in the curriculum, 159 current students and 8 job supervisors. The collected data was analyzed using the statistical tools: mean of percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation.The results were as follows: 1) The context of the curriculum was highly appropriate. However, some changes should be made to reflect the most current French language and should be relevant to student’s needs. Moreover the curriculum should include team teaching for workshop training and the classroom activities in the subjects. 2) The initial production factor, the respondents expressed highly favorable opinions but it was recommended that effective lesson plans and various teaching methods should be created. In addition, prerequisite courses should be prepared to enhance students’ background knowledge. 3) The process of curriculum administration and implementation were rated highly in regards to teaching, learning, and assessment. In addition, the quality of the classroom, teaching tools, media and material were moderately successful and to aid this research in the future students should be encouraged to take part in this assessment as well.4) The results of the curriculum were found to be highly successful. However, the data showed that the graduate proficiency in analyzing, planning, communication in organization, language communication and using technology ought to be improved. 5) The students expressed a highly favorable opinion in regards to contentment with The Bachelor Curriculum of Arts in French. It was recommended, however, that the curriculum should be improved to reflect the modern language and to include workshop trainings to prepare students for work. Likewise, there should be more student ex-changes in the department of French language. | en |
