dc.description.abstractวิทยานิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปรากฏการณ์ความศรัทธาของคนไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาศรัทธาตามแนวพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาท และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปรากฏการณ์ความศรัทธาของคนไทยตามแนวพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาทเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบเอกสาร ซึ่งศึกษาข้อมูลจากพระไตรปิฎก อรรถกถา ตำราและเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1) ปรากฏการณ์ความศรัทธาหรือความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับศาสนาของคนไทยมีรากฐานมาจาก เชื่อผี เชื่อบรรพบุรุษ เชื่อสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เชื่อเทพเจ้า นอกจากนี้ยังมีความเชื่อเรื่องไสยศาสตร์ การผสมผสานความเชื่อโดยขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการของศรัทธา ทำให้ความเชื่อต่อศาสนาเคลื่อนออกห่างจากหลักศรัทธาตามแนวพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาท ส่งผลให้เกิดความงมงายเชื่อทุกอย่างที่พึ่งพาหาประโยชน์ได้ บางครั้งก็ตกเป็นเครื่องมือของศรัทธา เพราะเป็นศรัทธาที่ไม่ประกอบด้วยปัญญา 2) กระบวนการเกิดศรัทธาในพระพุทธศาสนาสามารถจำแนกได้ 3 ระดับ เรียงโดยลำดับได้ดังนี้ (1) ระดับการเข้าสู่ศรัทธาในเบื้องต้นโดยใช้หลักโยนิโสมนสิการชี้วัดข้อเท็จจริงมีปรากฏในเกสปุตตสูตร (2) ระดับการใช้เหตุผลโดยใช้หลักตรรกะชี้วัดข้อเท็จจริงมีปรากฏในอริยสัจจ์ 4 และ (3) ระดับปัญญาโดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขาฝึกอบรมพัฒนาจิตเพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ที่ถูกต้องมีปรากฏในศรัทธา 4 3) ปรากฏการณ์ความศรัทธาของคนไทยจำแนกตามความเชื่อได้ 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ศรัทธาในการรักษาโรค ศรัทธาในความสุข ศรัทธาในด้านความรัก และศรัทธาในเรื่องของกรรม สามารถนำมา ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ตามหลักธรรมในพุทธปรัชญาเถรวาท สรุปได้ดังนี้ ด้านการรักษาโรคใช้หลักอริยสัจจ์ 4 ด้านความสุขใช้หลักสุขของคฤหัสถ์ สุขของบรรพชิต ด้านความรักใช้หลักสมชีวิธรรม ฆราวาสธรรม พรหมวิหารธรรม กรรมใช้หลักศรัทธา 4
dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this thesis are: 1) to study the phenomena of faith of Thai people, 2) to study faith in Theravada Buddhist philosophy, and 3) to analyze the phenomena of faith of Thais in accordance with Theravada Buddhist philosophy. It is a documentary qualitative study which the data from the Tipitaka, Commentaries, textbooks and related research works. The results of the study were shown as follows: 1) The faith phenomena or the faith in religion of Thai people were originated from the belief in ghosts, ancestors, sacred objects, deity, and occultism without the understanding of faith principles. Those beliefs weakened and moved far away from the faith principles in Theravada philosophy. That resulted to the blind faith and sometimes became the tool of faith without wisdom. 2) The process of faith in Buddhism could be divided into 3 levels as followsen
