dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้หน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการโดยใช้ทักษะเป็นฐานความคิดที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้นในรายวิชาภาษาฝรั่งเศสสำหรับเลขานุการ โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาฝรั่งเศสชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ที่เรียนรายวิชาภาษาฝรั่งเศสสำหรับเลขานุการในปีการศึกษา 2554 รวมจำนวน 17 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการพิจารณาหัวข้อเนื้อหาและทักษะที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานด้านเลขานุการ ได้แก่ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านเลขานุการที่เลือกมาแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 12 คน การออกแบบหน่วยการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการโดยใช้ทักษะเป็นฐานความคิดในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาความรู้เนื้อหาเฉพาะของรายวิชา ทักษะการคิด และทักษะสังคม ผลการวิจัยพบว่าหลังการจัดการสอน นักศึกษาทุกคนมีผลการเรียนรู้ถึงเกณฑ์เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 75 ที่ตั้งไว้ มีเจตคติต่องานอาชีพเลขานุการสูงขึ้น มีพฤติกรรมในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นอย่างดี และนักศึกษามีความเห็นว่าการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ทักษะเป็นฐานเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมาก เพราะช่วยให้มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานอาชีพเลขานุการ ได้พัฒนาทักษะต่างๆ ทั้งด้านภาษาฝรั่งเศส การค้นคว้าและสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการสร้างชิ้นงาน การประเมิน การตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหา และการทำงานเป็นทีม
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to explore the success of using integrated learning units based on a skill-based approach by assessing the learning outcomes of the undergraduate French-major students who enrolled in the French for Secretaries class. The participants in this study included 17 French-major students in the fourth year from the Faculty of Liberal Arts who enrolled in the French for Secretaries class and 12 secretaries selected by means of purposive sampling. The design of the integrated lesson plans was based on content-specific skills, thinking skills, and social skills. The results indicated that, at the end of the course, every student attained an average score of 75 for the criteria listed beforehand, and that they had higher mean scores in the attitude survey towards secretarial work. The students also viewed that the skill-based learning was very effective as it helped them to improve their French language skills and provided them with practical knowledge for secretarial work. It also provided an opportunity for them to develop information searching and synthetic skills for the project work, as well as evaluation, problem-solving and cooperative working skills.en
