| dc.description.abstract | ธิมรรคเป็นทั้งคู่มือการปฏิบัติฝึกจิตภาวนาและเป็นทั้งวรรณกรรมหลักของเถรวาท พระพุทธโฆษะเขียนขึ้นในศรีลังกา เพื่ออธิบายเรื่องไตรสิกขา ตามแนวรถวินีตสูตร เปรียบวิสุทธิ ๗ อย่าง เหมือนรากและล�าต้นของต้นไม้ สีลวิสุทธิ และจิตตวิสุทธิ เป็นเหมือนราก ส่วนทิฏฐิวิสุทธิ กังขาวิตรณ-วิสุทธิ มัคคามัคคญาณวิสุทธิ ปฏิปทาญาณทัสสนวิสุทธิ และญาณทัสสนวิสุทธิ เป็นเหมือนล�าต้น ผู้รจนาย่อธรรมจากพระไตรปิฎกแทบทั้งหมดมาลงไว้ในคัมภีร์นี้ อ้างถึงคัมภีร์รุ่นหลังพระไตรปิฎก รวมทั้งมติของบุรพาจารย์แห่งส�านักมหาวิหารในศรีลังกา เขียนไว้ ๒๓ บท สองบทแรกกล่าวเรื่องศีลและวิธีปฏิบัติธุดงค์ อีก ๑๑ บท กล่าวเรื่องสมาธิ ๑๐ บทข้างท้าย กล่าวเรื่องปัญญา คัมภีร์เล่มนี้ น�าเอาแนวทางของพระพุทธศาสนายุคต้น และเนื้อหาสาระส�าคัญที่กระจายกันอยู่ในพระไตรปิฎก มาจัดระบบให้เป็นตามล�าดับ มุ่งเสนอวิธีการยกระดับภูมิปัญญาเพื่อความเป็นพระอรหันต์ มิใช่วิสุทธิภูมิเพื่อความเป็นพระโพธิสัตว์ ในประเทศไทยคณะสงฆ์ใช้วิสุทธิมรรคประกอบการศึกษาบาลีชั้นประโยค ๘-๙ | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Visuddhimagga is as both a manual of Buddhist meditation and also the standard work of Theravada. It was written in Ceylon by Buddhaghosa for description the Threefold training according to the Rathavinitasutta with the simile of a tree, the types of Visuddhi viz., Silavisuddhi and cittavisuddhi are the roots (mula) of wisdom, then Ditthivisuddhi, Kankavitaranavisuddhi, Maggamaggananavisuddhi,Patipadananadassanavisuddhi and Nanadassanavisuddhi are the bodies(sarira) of wisdom. In it something of almost in early Buddhist literature may be found. The authors quote from almost the whole of canon and the theories of former teachers of Mahavihara school in Ceylon. It presents the subject matters in 23 chapters. Among of them, the first two chapters are devoted to Sila and Dhutanga practices, the next eleven chapters to Samadhi, the rear ten chapters to Panna. This scripture brings the directive of early Buddhism up and ranges the main points which disperse in the canon to consecutively systemization. It intends to provide the means of wisdom raise for the Arahantship, not for Visuddhibhumi of Bodhisattahood. | en |
