| dc.description.abstract | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอการแปลข้อเขียนเกี่ยวกับพิธีมงคลสมรสและมารยาทอื่น ๆ จากหนังสือคู่มือสอนมารยาทธรรมเนียมสังคม (Usages du monde) ที่ตีพิมพ์ในปีค.ศ.1891 ของบารอนสตาฟ์ (Baronne Staffe) นอกจากนี้ยังมีบัญชีคำศัพท์ผู้แปลได้เลือกเฉพาะคำศัพท์สำคัญแล้วจัดเรียงเป็นหมวดหมู่ได้สามหมวด คือ ศัพท์เฉพาะทางศาสนา ศัพท์เฉพาะของเครื่องใช้เครื่องแต่งกาย และอื่น ๆ วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ผู้แปลมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการ คือ ประการแรกเพื่อฝึกฝนทักษะการแปลข้อเขียนเฉพาะด้านโดยใช้ทฤษฎีการแปลแบบถ่ายทอดความหมาย ประการที่สองเพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับธรรมเนียมปฏิบัติของชนชั้นสูงของฝรั่งเศสในช่วงปลายศตวรรษที่ 19 ประการที่สามเพื่อจัดทำบัญชีศัพท์เฉพาะอย่างเป็นระบบอันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสังคมฝรั่งเศสตลอดจนเป็นตัวอย่างให้นักแปลได้ศึกษาการจัดทำบัญชีศัพท์ ผู้แปลหวังว่าวิทยานิพนธ์เล่มนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจจะแปลงานด้านนี้ต่อไป | |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis aims to present the translation from French into Thai of French text about marriage and other practices in Usages du monde, published in 1891, by Baronne Staffe. In addition, this thesis contains a selection of technical terms, formed into groups by three topics: religion, clothes and goods, etc. In formulating this thesis, the translator has focused on three mains points: First, to practice the translation skill in specifics pieces of writing by employing theory of meaning-based translation. Second, to propagate the knowledge and better comprehension of the practice of nobility of France in the late 19th century. Third, to systematically group together technical terms which can be beneficial to those interested in French manners. It is also hoped that this thesis could serve as an example for translator to study ways to gather technical terms. The translator hopes this thesis will be of benefit to others attempting to translate other texts in relating subjects. | en |
