| dc.description.abstract | บทความวิชาการนี้ ได้มีการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยด้วยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อรวบรวมงานวิจัยและสังเคราะห์การจัดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของเด็กและเยาวชนในประเทศไทย เอกสารที่ทำการทบทวนเป็นงานวิจัยที่ได้เน้นการพัฒนาจรณทักษะ (ซอร์ฟสกิล) ในตัวบุคคลที่ควรมี ระหว่างปีพ.ศ. 2545-2560 พบเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 6 เรื่อง ผลการศึกษา พบว่า งานวิจัยที่มีการจัดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะต่าง ๆ ในเด็กและเยาวชน ได้แก่ การช่วยเหลือตนเองในชีวิตประจำวัน ด้านการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ด้านความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และด้านการสื่อสารด้วยท่าทาง การจัดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ยังขาดการพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานกับผู้อื่น ซึ่งเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญเพราะจะต้องใช้ในการปฏิสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันและกัน | |
| dc.description.abstract | This academic paper synthesized research through a systematic review of the literature. The aim was to collect research and synthesis of creative drama activities to develop skills of children and youth in Thailand. The review paper was a research paper that focused on the development of skills (soft skills) in people who should have. During the year 2002-2017, 6 related research papers was found. The results of the study revealed that the research with organizing creative drama activities to develop skills in children and youths consisted of self-help on the side of side of daily life, self-esteem, self-confidence, creative side and gesture communication. The organization of creative drama activities still lacked skills in working with others that was an important skill because it must be used in interaction with each other. | en |
