| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาเอกสารประกอบการสอนภาษาจีนเพื่อการสื่อสารสำหรับธุรกิจโทรคมนาคมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเอกสารประกอบการสอนภาษาจีนเพื่อการสื่อสารสำหรับธุรกิจโทรคมนาคมและประเมินผลการใช้เอกสารประกอบการสอน โดยศึกษาจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง งานวิจัย และการสัมภาษณ์พนักงานหน้าร้านของบริษัทที่ให้บริการโทรคมนาคมในท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติดอนเมืองและห้างสรรพสินค้า นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจัดทำเป็นเอกสารประกอบการสอน จำนวน 1 ชุด จำนวน 2 เล่ม เล่มละ 8 บท รวม 16 บท และนำไปใช้กับกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ ผู้เรียนที่ฝึกงาน ณ บริษัทที่ให้บริการโทรคมนาคม จำนวน 23 คน และผู้สอน 2 คน พร้อมทั้งสำรวจข้อคิดเห็นและเก็บข้อมูลความพึงพอใจต่อเอกสารประกอบการสอนและการจัดการเรียนการสอน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อเอกสารประกอบการสอนและการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนผู้สอนมีความเห็นว่า ควรปรับแก้คำอ่านที่สะกดผิด ควรเพิ่มปริมาณของแบบฝึกหัดและเฉลยแบบฝึกหัด และพิจารณาเรียงลำดับความยากง่ายของเนื้อหา | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is two-folded: to compile a set of teaching materials for telecommunications business Mandarin, and to evaluate the efficiency of its usage. The scope and content were collected through related documents, research, as well as through interviews of sales assistants working for telecommunications shops in Don Muang International Airport and shopping malls. The data was then compiled into 1 set of 2 books, with 8 lessons each, totaling 16 lessons. The compilation was a teaching material for use by 23 students and 2 teachers. By the end of the instruction, a set of survey was employed to explore opinion and satisfaction of the users towards the efficiency of the material and the teaching/learning. The data was finally analyzed through basic statistics: percentage, average and standard deviation. The findings are as follows. Students’ satisfaction towards the efficiency of the material and the teaching/learning was at a very high level. The teachers, on the other hand, opined that, firstly, mistakes in Pinyin spelling should be carefully avoided; secondly, more exercises and keys should be added; and finally, the order of content difficulty level should be considered. | en |
