dc.description.abstractการวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาจีนกลางด้วยการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาจีนกลางของผู้เรียน ด้วยการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์ในรายวิชาภาษาจีนธุรกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิชาภาษาจีน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี จำนวน 27 คนได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เนื่องจากนักศึกษาได้ศึกษาในรายวิชาภาษาจีนธุรกิจ จึงสามารถนำรูปแบบการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์เข้ามาประกอบการเรียนการสอนได้ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยกึ่งทดลองโดยดำเนินการทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แผนการเรียนในรายวิชาภาษาจีนธุรกิจ แบบทดสอบวัดผลทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาจีนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน แบบฝึกหัดชุดคำศัพท์ในบทเรียนประจำรายวิชาภาษาจีนธุรกิจและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์ ระยะเวลาการวิจัย 1 ภาคการศึกษา จำนวน 15 สัปดาห์ โดยนำแนวคิดการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์มาออกแบบขั้นตอนการสอนเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย ขั้นเตรียมความพร้อม ขั้นสังเกต ขั้นเรียนรู้ ขั้นนำเสนอ และขั้นสรุป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาจีนกลางของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีผลการทดสอบหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการตอบแบบสอบถามวัดความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์พบว่าผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.45, S.D.=0.27) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการเรียนภาษาจีนกลางแสดงให้เห็นว่าการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์สามารถช่วยให้ผู้เรียนมีคลังคำศัพท์ที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการสื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ศึกษาเนื้อหาในบทเรียนได้เข้าใจมากขึ้น ลดความกังวลด้านไวยากรณ์และช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนมีความรู้สึกทางภาษาที่ดียิ่งขึ้น ส่งผลให้การสื่อสารภาษาจีนกลางได้อย่างถูกต้อง เหมาะสมกับบริบทของการสื่อสารตามธรรมเนียมของเจ้าของภาษาได้ งานวิจัยนี้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะต่อการนำการสอนแบบเน้นชุดคำศัพท์ไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ต้องให้ระยะเวลาในการจดจำและเรียนรู้ชุดคำศัพท์ที่มากพอแก่ผู้เรียน การฝึกปฏิบัติการนำชุดคำศัพท์ไปใช้ในการสื่อสารอย่างต่อเนื่องจะช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจความหมาย บริบทการใช้สามารถแปลความหมายได้ถูกต้อง ตลอดจนช่วยลดข้อผิดพลาดในด้านการใช้คำศัพท์ได้
dc.description.abstractThe present study aimed at developing students’ Mandarin Chinese communication skills by the use of lexically-based teaching with lexical sets and examining the students’ satisfaction towards the teaching. The subject groups used in the study, obtained by purposive sampling was twenty-seven fourth years students who enrolled in Mandarin Chinese for Business. Since groups of students were suitable for implementing and learning with the teaching, this paper made use of quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test. The research instruments used for collecting the data were lesson plans and in-class exercises for Mandarin Chinese for Business, Mandarin Chinese communication achievement tests – pre and post-tests, and students’ satisfaction questionnaire towards the teaching. The research period was one semester with total of fifteen weeks. The teaching instruction was created into five productive phases namely, preparation, observation, learning, presentation, and conclusion. The findings revealed that the students’ Mandarin Chinese communication skills from groups was constantly improved with the statistical significance at the level of .05. Also, the finding in the satisfaction questionnaire showed that groups of student was satisfied with the instruction (=4.45, S.D.=0.27). The highest mean score from the questionnaire was that the teaching was very suitable for learning Mandarin Chinese. This indicted that the teaching could significantly increase the students’ Mandarin Chinese lexicon which led to effective communication. In addition, the teaching was motivated to learn, easy to understand, and the students were less concerned for grammatical mistakes. The students’ communication skills were more suitable and appropriate in different native-like contexts.en
