| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อผิดพลาดในการแปลภาษาจีนบนป้ายสาธารณะในจังหวัดเชียงรายและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุข้อผิดพลาดในการแปลภาษาจีนบนป้ายสาธารณะในจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ป้ายข้อความภาษาจีนที่ใช้ในการแจ้งเตือน สื่อสาร หรือบอกข้อมูลให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวตามสถานที่สาธารณะในเขตอำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย ที่ปรากฏข้อผิดพลาดในการสื่อสารภาษาจีน จำนวน 172 ป้าย ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสุ่มโดยบังเอิญ (Accidentally Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวิเคราะห์ข้อผิดพลาดของข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่เป็นค่าร้อยละและพรรณนาวิเคราะห์พร้อมยกตัวอย่างประกอบ จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อผิดพลาดในการแปลภาษาจีนบนป้ายสาธารณะในจังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่าข้อผิดพลาดจากการแปลผิดความหมายมีมากที่สุด จำนวน 71 ป้าย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.27 รองลงมาคือข้อผิดพลาดจากการเลือกใช้คำไม่เหมาะสม ข้อผิดพลาดจากการแปลผิดโครงสร้างและหลักไวยากรณ์ ข้อผิดพลาดจากการแปลไม่ครบประโยค คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.51, 19.18, 9.88 ตามลำดับ ในส่วนข้อผิดพลาดที่พบน้อยที่สุดคือข้อผิดพลาดจากการแปลเกินข้อความต้นฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 8.13 สำหรับสาเหตุที่พบมากที่สุดของการข้อผิดพลาดในการแปลภาษาจีนบนป้ายสาธารณะในจังหวัดเชียงราย คือ การแปลโดยขาดความเข้าใจเรื่องหลักการใช้คำ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.60 รองลงมาคือสาเหตุจากการแปลตรงตัว การแปลโดยเทียบความหมายมาจากภาษาอังกฤษ การแปลโดยใช้ Google Translation และ การแปลโดยไม่เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมของภาษาต้นฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.72, 7.55, 6.39 และ 5.81 ตามลำดับ สำหรับสาเหตุของข้อผิดพลาดที่พบน้อยที่สุดคือการแปลเทียบเสียง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 2.90 | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aimed to analyze errors and causes of errors in Chinese translation on public signs in Chiang Rai Province. The samples of the study were 172 Chinese message signs used to warn, communicate, or give information to tourists at public places in Muang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province, showing Chinese communication errors. The samples were selected using accidental random sampling method. The error analysis form was applied to this study. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, and descriptive analysis with illustrative examples. Based on an analysis of Chinese translation errors on public signs in Chiang Rai Province, it was found that errors from misinterpretation were the most common errors on 71 signs, accounting for 41.27 percent, followed by errors of word using due to choice, offensive words; structural and grammatical errors; and translation errors, missing words; these were 21.51, 19.18, and 9.88 percent, respectively. The least common errors were errors from translation beyond the original text, accounting for 8.13 percent. The most common cause of errors in translating Chinese on public signs in Chiang Rai Province is the lack of understanding of word principles, accounting for 43.60 percent, followed by direct translation, translation by definition which comes from English, translation using Google Translation, and translation without understanding the culture of the original language; these accounted for 33.72, 7.55, 6.39 and 5.81 percent, respectively. The least common cause of errors was audio translation, accounting for 2.90 percent. | en |
