dc.description.abstractงานวิจัยครั้งนี้มี จุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่น ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ที่เปิดสอนวิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่น ในเขตภาคเหนือ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนวิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่น รวมทั้งสิ้น 133 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่นของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่เปิดสอนวิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่น ในเขตภาคเหนือโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการวางแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ พิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ ข้อที่อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด คือ สนับสนุนการเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษาในสาขาวิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่น 2) ด้านการปรับปรุง แก้ไขกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ พิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ ข้อที่อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด คือ พัฒนาครูให้มีความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพครู 3) ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ ข้อที่อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด คือ ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นระยะ และ 4) ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ พิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ ข้อที่อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด คือ ใช้เครื่องมือวัดที่หลากหลาย เหมาะสม ตรงตามจุดประสงค์ จุดมุ่งหมายของการเรียนรู้
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to study the in Japanese Learning Management of Teacher in the School of Nort of Thailand The group of informants consisted of school administrators and Japanese language teachers in total 133 people. Instrument used in this research was a 5-level estimation questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis are mean and standard deviation. The results found that Management of Japanese language learning at secondary schools that offer Japanese language courses in the northern region as a whole was at a high level. 1) Considering the plan of learning management, the item at the highest level was to support the students to access to studying at university in the field of Japanese language. 2) Considering the modification of the teaching process, the item at the highest level was to develop teachers to have professional advancement in teaching. 3) Considering teaching activities, the item at the highest level was the consistent and periodic evaluation in teaching outcome. 4)Considering learning measurement and evaluation,the item at the highest level was to use a various and proper tools with meeting the objective and aim of learning.en
