The participant of this study is Ms. Ueyama (pseudonym) who has been teaching for two... years at University A in Thailand. In order to understand her learning as a teacher, I collected data through four interviews and e-mail exchanges. The results showed that: Ms. Ueyama learned the procedure of the tour and how to teach in the tour guide
